These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZenExec Course website and related spiritual leadership programs. By accessing our site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
ZenExec Course offers mindfulness-based leadership training, including online modules, guided meditation sessions, immersive retreats, and ongoing coaching to support executive growth.
– All program fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and disclosed before
enrollment.
– A non-refundable deposit of 25% of total program cost is due upon registration.
– Full payment is required 14 days before program start.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• Deposit: Non-refundable once paid.
• Program Cancellation: 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before start; no
refund thereafter.
• Retreat Fees: Subject to venue policies—please refer to retreat confirmation for
details.
By participating in our programs, you agree that:
– You are at least 18 years old.
– You provide accurate information during registration.
– You will respect confidentiality and community guidelines.
All content on zenexeccourse.com—including text, graphics, videos, and trademarks—is the property of ZenExec Course. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
ZenExec Course and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you paid for the specific program.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, Canton of Zürich. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
